TREE TRUCK GUYS SCORE BIG IN HANNIBAL!
Jake and Tyler showed up with a beautiful rock plus all the tools, trimmings, strength and energy necessary to install the fountain. Despite the heat, they worked hard and steadily until long past closing, and didn't leave until the rock was positioned perfectly to our satisfaction. They even made the water flow down the courses we requested! They were extremely careful of our lawn with their bobcat, and left the place looking pristine. Really nice effort, guys--a huge "thank you" for a big job well done.
I visited the St. Peters location today. Your outside team members were exceptional. 3 different ones asked to help me at different times!! They also were very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding the project I was doing and how to best use the materials I was purchasing. That is customer service that you don't see very often anymore. Thanks and they are definitely a reason I will be back. Please thank them for me!!!!
I had a great first time experience on a busy Sunday. Ken is absolutely outstanding and knew exactly what I was looking for! He helped me find a few plants I was hunting down and also helped me carry my things to the car with no hesitation. I will definitely be back.
Great place Ann and George are amazing and so is Katie out in Wentzville. I have spent a lot of time here this summer with my projects at my farm/zoo and they have always been there to accommodate my needs with deliveries, special orders, etc
I definitely recommend 10000% visiting this place and at least walking around and enjoying being outside and seeing some cool stuff!!
Try here BEFORE going to the big box stores! Great selection on all kinds of items. Was looking to build a base for a fire ring and they have discontinued stones that worked prefect for my project and at a great price. (Stones under the fire ring are from today's visit.)
I had 3 yards of top soil delivered to repair construction damage to my yard. Quite possibly the worst top soil I have ever seen. I immediately noticed it was full of rock hard lumps from golf ball size to bowling ball size. I called and although they were very friendly it didn’t change the 3 yards of partially unusable top soil in my yard. Every shovel full that went into the wheelbarrow had numerous lumps that I had to beat with shovel and then take out the ones that were rock hard and wouldn’t break. It has doubled the work in my yard and after the light rain yesterday it looks like I’m grading with 1” rock. The worst part is that when I talked to them they said the dry weather had effected the top soil farm so they knew the top soil was less than good.
